Subsea MMO/Ti Linear Anode for Offshore CP
Specifically engineered for the demanding subsea environment, this MMO/Ti linear anode provides reliable impressed current cathodic protection for offshore platform jackets, subsea pipelines, and marine structures with continuous seawater immersion capability.
Marine-Grade Engineering
Water-Blocked Cable: HMWPE insulation with longitudinal water-blocking elements prevents water migration along the conductor in the event of jacket damage — critical for subsea reliability where repairs are extremely costly.
Seawater-Rated Backfill: Specially processed calcined petroleum coke with enhanced chloride resistance, preventing degradation from continuous seawater ion exposure while maintaining low resistivity.
UV-Stabilized Outer Jacket: For splash zone and above-water portions, the outer jacket incorporates UV stabilizers preventing polymer degradation from tropical sunlight exposure during platform installation phases.
Biofouling Resistance: Smooth jacket surface with anti-fouling properties minimizes marine growth accumulation that could shield the anode from the electrolyte.
Installation Support
Supplied on marine-grade stainless steel reels with lifting lugs for offshore crane handling. Installation supervision available for complex subsea deployments.
